It's a Girl!

Eric will have a little sister in March! We are so excited.
He has called it a girl all along--I guess he knew. Now we can go and buy the pink pajamas he wanted to buy his sister a month ago. I told him we had to wait in case it was a boy. His answer: "no, it's a girl." He's right!

Today, on the way to school,I told him that I was going to the doctor:
Me: The doctor is going to take a special picture of the baby today and we will know if it is a boy or a girl.
Eric: It is a girl. (and then quietly to himself) I will be so happy if it is a girl.
